Experience our signature trial class that is perfectly curated for first time beginners. See the studio, meet the instructors and move through a super fun workout. Our V-101 class has a bit of everything, Fit (conditioning), Flirt (dancing) and Fly (spins and poses). We promise you’ll love it!
